Orders placed and processed through Puresome Pantry are not eligible for returns or refunds. Our products are hand crafted with a lot of love and care and if there are concerns regarding the quality of the products, refunds or cancellations will not be entertained.
In the event of any delivery issues, such as damaged or spilled items, please report them to us within 24 hours, including photo evidence. We will investigate the issue and strive to resolve it within ten days. The final decision after our investigation will be conclusive, and customers agree not to challenge it.
